Wedding celebrant
Let's be honest, most people don't remember the canapés or what colour the chair covers were. They remember the ceremony.
That's why I work with couples to create something that's personal, relaxed and unmistakably them. No generic scripts, no cookie-cutter ceremonies and definitely no endless waffle. Just a ceremony that tells your story in a way that's warm, engaging and genuine.
I'll spend time getting to know you, finding out how you met, what makes you laugh, what you've been through together and what brought you to this moment. Then I'll turn all of that into a ceremony that's full of personality, heart and, where appropriate, a few laughs too.
Whether you're planning a traditional wedding, a festival-style celebration, a countryside gathering or something completely different, I'll help create a ceremony that feels natural and authentic.
My job is simple: to make sure the most important part of your wedding day is also the most memorable.

Frequently asked questions
-
A celebrant-led wedding is a completely personalised ceremony created around your story, personalities and values. Unlike a registrar ceremony, there are no standard scripts or restrictions on content, allowing you to create a truly unique experience.
-
In England and Wales, celebrant-led weddings are not currently legally binding. Most couples complete the legal paperwork at a register office separately, allowing their celebrant ceremony to be entirely focused on celebration rather than administration.
-
A celebrant offers flexibility, creativity and personalisation. You can choose your venue, include personal stories, involve family and friends, and create a ceremony that reflects who you are as a couple.
-
Almost anywhere. Whether it's a country house, garden, woodland, beach, family home or favourite outdoor location, a celebrant-led ceremony gives you the freedom to choose a setting that's meaningful to you.
-
I'll spend time getting to know you, hearing your story and learning what matters most to you. I'll then write a bespoke ceremony that reflects your relationship, values and vision for your wedding day.
-
Absolutely. You'll receive a draft of your ceremony and have the opportunity to review it, make changes and ensure it feels exactly right before your big day.
-
Yes. Many couples include readings, music, personal contributions or symbolic rituals involving family and friends. Together, we'll create a ceremony that includes the people who matter most to you.
-
Most ceremonies last between 30 and 45 minutes, although this can vary depending on the content and any special elements you'd like to include.
-
Popular dates can be booked 12 to 18 months in advance, particularly during the summer wedding season. However, it's always worth getting in touch, even if your wedding is sooner.
